1. Services We Provide

At Alfriend Notary and Services LLC we offer mobile and remote notary services, including the notarization of general documents, loan signings, I-9 verifications, and apostille coordination we also provider Virtual Assistant services including Transaction coordination services for Realtors and leasing agents.

All notarial acts are performed in compliance with Pennsylvania notary laws and regulations.

2. No Legal Advice

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation.
We cannot interpret documents, answer legal questions, or advise you on legal rights or remedies. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for any legal assistance.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide valid government-issued photo identification for all signers.
  
  

• Ensure all documents are complete before the notary appointment.
  
  

• Be on time for your scheduled appointment.
  
  

• Notify us in advance of any cancellations or changes.
  
  

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic payment (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, etc.).
Travel fees and service charges may apply and will be disclosed prior to your appointment.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover travel and reserved time.

6. Limitations of Liability

Alfriend Notary and Services LLC is not liable for:

• The legal sufficiency or content of any document
  
  

• Delays or damages caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
  
  

• Actions taken based on notarized documents
  
  

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Website Usage

By using this website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to access secure areas without permission. Content on the site may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Changes to Terms
